SEO and marketing services. If your project includes search engine optimization (SEO) or related marketing services, PNW WebCare does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or business results. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and market conditions. We will apply industry best practices and provide transparent reporting, but all projections and estimates are provided in good faith and are not guarantees.

Intellectual Property

Our content. All content on this website, including text, design, code, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of PNW WebCare unless otherwise noted. This content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Website availability may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to cloud provider outages, scheduled maintenance, DNS propagation, third-party service disruptions, and internet connectivity issues.

We will make reasonable efforts to address hosting issues promptly, but PNW WebCare is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from website downtime or service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure.
